Processing and Shipping Times
All orders will be processed and shipped in 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout and will arrive in 3-10 days. A tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Local pick-up and meet-ups are available – please reach out to confirm.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided during the checkout process. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted body products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please email thescentbrat@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages:
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, holidays, mishandling by the carrier or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses include packages that have incorrect or missing information, are refused, or returned to sender. There will be an additional fee to reship returned packages.
